Borough Chambers is new to Port Fairy, though the building is anything but. Originally the town’s civic chambers, this heritage-listed space on Bank Street has been thoughtfully restored, reclaiming its name and bringing new life to a piece of Port Fairy’s history.

At the front, Sidro Chambers serves specialty coffee by St. ALi seven days a week, alongside freshly made pastries, baked goods and now, an all-day brunch menu built around fresh, quality ingredients.

From Fridays — Sundays, the bar + kitchen stay open later, offering a considered selection of small plates, local produce, signature cocktails, classic + local beers and wines made for lingering afternoons and evenings shared with good company.

As the seasons change, expect extended opening hours and a growing calendar of music and other offerings that bring the space to life.
