Borough Chambers is new to Port Fairy, though the building is anything but. Originally the town’s civic chambers, this heritage-listed space on Bank Street has been lovingly restored, reclaiming its name and bringing new life to a familiar local landmark.

Sidro Chambers serves specialty coffee by St. ALi, freshly made pastries, our nanas baked goods and an all-day brunch menu seven days. From Fridays — Sundays, longer trading hours invite you to settle in and stay awhile with a kitchen serving seasonal share plates, alongside a bar pouring signature cocktails, local + classic beers and a considered selection of wines.
